THOSECUNNINGFOLKS » A brand new blog that was created to celebrate the Slytherin House and all its members.
Our emblem is the serpent, the wisest of creatures; our house colours are emerald green and silver, and our common room lies behind a concealed entrance down in the dungeons. WWe play to win, because we care about the honour and traditions of Slytherin. But we’re not bad people. We’re like our emblem, the snake: sleek, powerful, and frequently misunderstood. We Slytherins look after our own – which is more than you can say for Ravenclaw. We Slytherins are brothers. As far as we’re concerned, once you’ve become a snake, you’re one of ours – one of the elite. Come join the coolest and edgiest house in this school.
note: sorry for the awful graphic, it looked better in photoshop i swear.
anyways! since school is starting in 2 days, i decided to do a nice thing for my followers for the end of the summer. these are all the blogs i truly love and adore. bolded urls are people i consider friends/people i have talked to and had conversations with in the past. if you’re not following the blogs below, you’re really missing out!
"I’m so careful of the things I say and so conscientious of my fans and who is following me on Twitter that I know I can’t tweet about certain things, I know I can’t talk about certain things, I know I can’t say certain things.I feel like there are very few people whose personalities shine through Twitter. Mine couldn’t be further from who I am. Every now and then I squeeze some of my humor through, but it’s very held back and reserved because attention has always made me react that way. It’s just how I’m wired. It doesn’t mean I’m not grateful, it’s actually because I really care about not letting people down.”
[You might be surprised to learn that I…] know all the lyrics to Eminem songs. His first major album came out when I was 10, and being a fan of his felt kind of rogue, so I went overboard and learned every single word. I still know them all. xx
